The Director of the Language Implementation Agency (LIA), Ylber Sela, visited the Railways of the Republic of North Macedonia Transport AD – Skopje where he met with Mr. Mubekir Palloshi, General Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Joint Stock Company.At this meeting, the situation regarding the application of the provisions of the Law on the Use of Languages in the work of this joint stock company was reviewed.Director Palloshi thanked for LIA’s initiative for inter-institutional cooperation and the possibility for direct exchange of views on clarifying certain issues arising from the implementation of the Law on the Use of Languages. At the same time, he stressed out that it is indisputable that the legal provisions must be respected and that the joint stock company will undertake activities to comply with legal obligations, which will be fully committed, also with LIA’s help.On the other hand, Director Sela offered full support in the area of expert consultations, translation and proofreading of general acts and forms of the joint stock company, and submitted a set of publications published by LIA.Skopje, 24.2.2022
